Britney Spears Shows Off Toned Body As She Speaks About The Positive Impact People Can Have On Your

Britney Spears is making headlines for showing off her toned body in a new series of photos she shared on her official Instagram account. With more than 22.9 million Instagram followers, Britney’s fans are very supportive of her emotional and physical well being and posts of Britney where she shows off her fitness skills are always popular.

In the first video that Britney shared, she is seated on the floor doing the splits. She also showed off some side leg lifts and it was easy to see her legs are muscular. Britney has been vacationing in Hawaii where she says the ocean is healing to her body, spirit, and mind. She even found a yoga studio in Hawaii that she likes to frequent when vacationing.

It was Britney’s caption that caused many to feel inspired.

Britney shared the photos that also included her lifting weights with a barbell. She explained that she hadn’t lifted weights before until a stranger encouraged her and for just one moment, believed in her.

“I get so excited when I lift the bar 🏋🏼‍♀️ I’ve done it one other time in a private room but never with a lot of people around 😳 !!!! I was at Equinox here and my legs were shaking … until a guy walked by and said “Go for it,” so I did it !!! Just think about it … that one guy changed my whole day because he believed in me for literally two seconds !!!!! If you’re out there in this big world today I thank you for telling me to go for it 😇😇😇🥰❤️ !!!”

Though Britney may be taking a break from performing and ended her Las Vegas residency due to her father’s health and personal issues, she continues to maintain her fabulous figure and ensures that she will be ready to perform if and when she chooses to do so again.
